1. Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a legitimate reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us directly to discuss the situation.
6. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable and will be processed to the payment method used at the time of booking.
